VersAbility Resources is now accepting applications for its Summer 2026 Internship Program — and if you’re a junior, senior, or graduate student ready to do something that counts, this is where you want to be.

VersAbility Resources exists to create opportunities, build independence, and strengthen communities for people with disabilities. Every program, every service, every initiative is built around one question: what does this person need to thrive?

When you intern here, you’re not supporting a product. You’re supporting people. And that changes what work feels like.

Internship opportunities are available across three focus areas — choose the one that aligns with where you’re headed:

• Human Resources — Go behind the scenes on recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement at an organization where inclusive hiring with intention is everything
• Grant Writing — Learn to build a funding case, tell a compelling story, and help secure resources that power life-changing programs
• Workforce Development — Support initiatives that prepare individuals for employment and lasting independence

Each path is different. The experience you’ll walk away with is the same: hands-on skills, professional mentorship, and work you’ll actually want to talk about.

Students pursuing communications, marketing, HR, nonprofit management, business, or workforce development will find strong alignment here.
