Recently, VersAbility team members from across our organization came together for RISE — an employee training and connection experience designed around four words that reflect how we grow together: Reinforce. Instruct. Strengthen. Elevate.

Rise gave our team the opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, gather under one roof, learn from one another, strengthen communication and teamwork, share ideas, and build the knowledge and connections that help us do our work even better! At VersAbility, investing in those we serve also means investing in the people who serve them. When our team is equipped and connected, working towards a shared mission, we are better prepared to support the individuals, families, businesses, and communities who count on us every day.

Because when we RISE together, our entire community rises with us!
